The Big 10 has just released its girls basketball all-stars for the 2012-2013 season and the list is chock full of serious talent.

Albany's Emia Willingham-Hurst, who just verbally committed to Siena last week, was named the MVP of the league after leading the Lady Falcons to their third straight title this season.
